On the Employees page, you can use filters to sort employees based on their most recent test results and vaccinations status. If your company has a wellness policy that includes a combination of test result and vaccination requirements, use a combination of filters to better analyze the wellness of your employees.
This article explains methods on how to best analyze the wellness of your employees using the provided information and filters in LifeSite Wellness Pro. Please consult the CDC or your local guidelines regarding specific testing and vaccination guidelines.
Filter by Test Result Date
To see all employees' test results within a specified time period, use the Result Date filter on the Employees page.
1. On the Employees page, click More Filters.
2. On the Result Date filter, click to reveal a calendar
3. Select the date range in which you would like to see test results for.
4. The employee list will now update to show the test status of each employee during the selected time period. If an employee was not tested during that time period, their test status will appear as Not Tested
Identify who hasn't tested
To see all employees that were NOT tested within this date range, keep the filter for result date as is and add a second filter for test status
1. Click Test Status
2. Scroll down and select Not Tested
3. The employee list will now update to show only the employees who had a test status of Not Tested during the selected time period.
Add filter for Vaccination Status
You can filter this list further to see a lsit of employees who are:
(1) Not Tested during a specific time period and
(2) Have a specific vaccination status.
To do this, keep the previous filters for Result Date and Test Status in place, add a third filter for Vaccination
1. Click Vaccination
2. Select the vaccination statuses that you would like to filter by for example: 0 doses, Declared Not Vaccinated, and Declined to State
3. The employee list will now update to show only the employees who are
(1) Not Tested during a specific time period and
(2) Have a specific vaccination status.
Saving a Filter
If this group of filters is something you will use often, you can save it for easy access next time. By saving a filter, you will be able to enable a group of multiple filters in a single click instead of resetting them each time you log in.
